Great Hotel
Spent 6 nites at hotel and loved the location and decor. spotless and comfortable. hotel room service fees high in addition food excellent.do not touch the food in the minibar - they're on a sensor! help was friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel.
Disney is top rate
the property and service were everything one woould expect from Disney. It would have been nice to know what was included in the price
Where
Hotel is gorgeous...CLEAN and SAFE...nice shopping area (Downtown Disney) and both Disneyland and California Adventure are within a five minute walk, which is great if you want to take a little R&R in the afternoon...great hotel room service...and the restaurants were GREAT and outstanding food- Storytellers and Napa Rose. The hotel rooms were quite small for the cost and the bath amenities were minimal.
Weird Noises were bothering
the property in general was really nice. It still offered the Disney experience for a slightly lower price. The downsides were that they couldn't give us one king bed even ahead of time, so we had two beds in our hotel room which felt like a waste of space. Also, there were odd sounds coming from the walls in the middle of the night. Walls were too thin so you could hear the people in the next room. Great view of California Adventure though, and hotel room service was pretty good. liked that we could order what we wanted for breakfast meal the night before and have it delivered when we wanted.
stay out of mini fridge
loved the location, the atmosphere, didn't care that there wasn't enough disney decor--it was meant to be more rustic, however the only complaint was the sensored food in fridge, tough to keep out little ones, you were charged even if the food was taken out and immediately put back.

I will never stay here again - The 1st hotel room we got was horrible. We asked for a new room, and the front desk was prompt in finding a new hotel room for us. The new hotel room was much nicer, until you got into the bathroom. T . . .
